Following many years from working in the manufacturing of customised jewellery, Hovik studied Sculpturing and Arts at the department of Fine Arts of the University State of Erevan considered as of the finest departments of Armenia.
Following the completion of his studies he went further to complete his postgraduate degree in Diaspora Studies at the department of History and Ethnology.
Today Hovik is working in Thessaloniki, Greece where he is specializing in the manufacturing of a large collection of jewels whilst using different material friendly to the environment.
The designs are custom-made and capture the customers’ specific requirements receiving appraisal for his innovate representations. His lab enables him to use various room sculpting techniques.
